Toyota would add to its range at least 10 new hybrid models to lead European sales to 1 million vehicles by 2013-2014, of which 20 percent should be hybrid cars. Didier Leroy, president of Toyota Motor Europe, said it would increase sales in the European market by 10 percent this year. In 2007, before the financial crisis, Toyota sales in Europe reached a peak of 1.2 million cars.
